Sonoran
Sun Resort is the newest resort to hit Sandy Beach.
Sonoran Sun Resort condominiums offer the perfect opportunity to
enjoy life at its finest. The Sonoran Sun has brough the comfort
of fine dining into your experience with a new outdoor seating restaurant
and a sports bar within the facility.
The swim-up bars offers a great opportunity to sit back, enjoy a
beverage or a snack while bathing in the beautiful Rocky Point sun.
Each condo is equipped with its own private oceanfront balcony.
These balconies offer a breathtaking view of the ocean and the town
of Rocky Point. While you are not at your balcony, you can take
a walk along the beautiful beaches of Sandy Beach. All of the condos
are equipped with air conditioning, TVs, VCRs, Stereo, bottled water,
and a laundry room in each individual unit.
Sonoran
Spa Resort Rocky Point is an eight-story resort located
right on the beach of beautiful Puerto Penasco Sonora. Facilities
on location include a restaurant, spa, three swimming pools and
two hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, a small store and a
souvenir shop. TV brings in the Phoenix affiliates of ABC, CBS,
NBC, and Fox. CNN and HBO II are also shown. The location couldn't
be better. All of the units have private balconies overlooking the
ocean. Sonoran Spa Puerto Penasco is definitely a destination of
choice. Rocky Point Sonoran Spa Resort provides linens in all rental
units and kitchens are fully stocked. There is also a dishwasher,
stove, microwave, and washer and dryer. The ocean views are astonishing.
If you're bringing the kids, make sure the unit you get allows children.
Some units are so nice kids aren't allowed, and some are completely
non-smoking units, including on the balcony. When the tide comes
in, you can sit in the kitchen and not even see the beach. All you
see is an expanse of ocean so blue it's breathtaking. Please look

Las
Palmas Resort is an oceanfront community that is privately-owned.
It ranges from luxury homes to condominiums. The long weekend getaway
for Arizona just got better. Once a small fishing town, Rocky Point
has blossomed into a beautiful resort family getaway.
Las Palmas has 24-hour security, heated pools, jacuzzis, lighted
parking, swim-up bar, kid's pool, exercise room, game room, and
a spa. With all of these ammenities and the beautiful beach feet

Las Palmas consists of twenty well appointed 3 and 4 bedroom homes
stretched across the front of Sandy Beach. From their lookout decks,
both sunrises and sunsets are memorable. The resort currently occupies
3 of 4 seven-story towers that house our 1 and 2 bedroom condos.
Each of the condo towers have their own court yard with pools, jacuzzis,
verandas and barbequeues. The condos are well furnished and very
spacious with balconies facing the ocean.
Princesa
de Peñasco is resort living at its finest. From
our beach front top floor apartment you'll be able to see across
the beautiful Sea of Cortez to the Peñasco lighthouse beyond.
From the ground-floor condo the pool is only a few steps away, and
the most beautiful beach in Rocky Point is only a few steps beyond
that. Resort amenities include clubhouse with fitness center, tennis
courts, three swimming pools and a child wading pool. Princesa de
Peñasco has been very carefully laid out to maximize the
views and create the feeling of a luxurious, private enclave. Yet,
it’s only minutes from Peñasco’s restaurants,
shops and nightlife. Apartments are generously sized to accommodate
four people in two bedrooms with queen beds and private baths, and
have a sofa/sleeper for two additional people. They have fully equipped
kitchens, laundry room and TV/VCR. Rentals have everything you need
for an enjoyable, relaxing stay, including daily maid service.
